Cédrick Mulcair joined the Durand team in 2020 to complete his articling course, and has since continued to work with our team as an associate. A McGill University graduate, he provides adaptable and accessible counsel in the field of Intellectual Property, Entertainment and Privacy law.

Being passionate about trademarks and copyright law, and having worked in technology transfer for an renowned public institution, Cédrick has an eye for finding the right protection for the intangible assets of clients.

As a lawyer, he looks to actualize his passion for the arts and technology to serve actors within creative industries and startups. He's always ready to discuss the latest developments in the video game industry and eSports industries.
